What is the minimum stay?

Depending on the season, our minimum stay is either 5 nights or 7 nights. In low and medium season the minimum stay is 5 nights. In High and Peak season our minimum stay is 7 nights.

Where do we get the key for the property?

More and more houses work with electronic door locks. We provide you the door code a few days before arrival. In cases where the house doesn't have an electronic door lock, you'll find a small lock box next to the front door.

What will be provided when we rent a vacation villa?

Accepted Answer

Although our houses are self catering, there's a lot you don't have to take from home. We provide in all villas pots and pans, glasses, bed linens, pillows, towels, one (1) roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (We offer a pack of 4 in welcome packages), a small piece of soap in each bathroom. Some homes offer also shampoo, conditioner and body wash but that depends on the owners decision to provide it. All the homes have TV with plenty of channels. Some come with movie channels.

What time is check in / check out?

Check in is not before 4.00pm and check out no later than 10am. Providing the home does not have another booking, we can accommodate later check out and early check in times for an extra fee.

Can I add pool heat once I am at the home?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can arrange for this to be turned on, but please note that in the colder (yes, we do have them here in Florida) times pools can take up to 24hrs to heat up. The cost varies between $25 and $30 per day depending on which home you book and a one off $15 trip fee. Keep in mind that the pool heater is only able to raise the temperature about 10 degrees above the actual outside temperature.

What is a property damage insurance?

A property damage insurance is a mandatory insurance that protects you as our guest against large damages (up to several thousands of dollars) to the rental property.

What type of baby equipment is available in the home?

Most homes offer pack n play cribs, strollers and highchairs, if one is not available these can be rented on a per week basis.

Where are the homes located?

Accepted Answer

The homes are located in the Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont areas. All have easy access to US Hwy 192 and Interstate 4 for both Disney and Universal theme parks.

Can I order some essentials to be delivered to the home ready for my arrival?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer welcome packs which comprise of orange juice, water, milk, 8 multi pack of cereal, bread, butter, jam, sugar, tea and coffee for $45. You can also order a starter pack which comprises trash bags, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, detergent, softener, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid and sponges for $45. If you prefer something different please ask and we will give you a price for this.

What do I do if something stops working or I have an issue in the home?

We have a 24/7 contact number available and we will be on hand to be able to assist you. After office hours our phone number is only for emergency situations like flooding, A/C problems, breaking in or similar issues.

Can I book theme park tickets through your site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a link to the Fubble website which offers great prices for all the theme park tickets. You find the link under the Extras section.

Would you recommend car hire?

Accepted Answer

If you are looking to get out and about and visit the attractions, we would recommend you hire a car. We have a link on our website for affordable car rental under the Extras section. The alternative would be to use either Lyft or Uber if you are not planning on many trips out.
