The villa offers the following 4 bedrooms (2 Master Suites plus 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds) 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite) air conditioning and heating through-out the villa cable television with Roku streaming devices allowing access to Netflix, Hulu if you have accounts.

The HOA are strict about parking in the community, all vehicles must be parked on the driveway between 12am and 7am. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed.
